Our company participated in the event, showcasing our flagship product—the R410A High-Pressure Vibration Absorber. In response to the ongoing demands of refrigeration systems for safety, durability, and effective sealing, our newly launched R410A high-pressure vibration absorber emerged as the most popular exhibit at our booth. Thanks to its exceptional structural design and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, this product truly stands out from the crowd.

At the core of this product lies a deep-pitch stainless steel corrugated hose, reinforced by a high-strength braided steel wire layer. Both ends of the assembly are further fortified with TIG-welded stainless steel ferrules. The braided layer is securely locked in place using high-pressure clamping equipment, resulting in outstanding performance in terms of pressure resistance, fatigue resistance, and structural stability. Indeed, it is perfectly suited for extremely complex operating environments characterized primarily by high pressures and frequent vibrations.

Multiple Sealing Layers and Rigorous Testing Ensure Ultimate Reliability

In terms of leak control, our products effectively minimize leakage rates, meeting the stringent airtightness requirements of high-performance refrigeration systems. Furthermore, prior to leaving the factory, every hose undergoes a dual inspection process—comprising both helium leak detection and hydrostatic testing—to guarantee exceptional sealing performance under both high-pressure and vacuum conditions, while ensuring full quality traceability throughout the entire process.

This product features an operating pressure range spanning 13 bar to 44.8 bar and an applicable temperature range of -40°C to +120°C, making it compatible with a wide variety of refrigerants.
