Korea High Pressure Vibration Absorber Introduction

Ribration absorber pipes are installed in the suction and discharge lines of Air conditioning and Refrigeration system to eliminate vibration and noise which compressor generates, and for reducing stress linked with piping thermal expansion in AC&R.
Each Ribration absorber pipe is 100% pressure tested by helium leak detector and hydraulic leak tester. All units are carefully cleaned, dehydrated and sealed in film and packed into individual box after final inspection.
Korea vibration absorbers are compatible with all kinds of refrigerants and lubricants.
Our Vibration absorbers for refrigerant lines are engineered with a focus on durability and system safety. We combine premium materials with state-of-the-art manufacturing to ensure your refrigeration circuits remain leak-free and stable.
Each unit features a deep-pitched stainless steel (SUS304/316L) corrugated tube for maximum flexibility and fatigue resistance. This is encased in a high-tensile stainless steel wire braid that provides exceptional pressure containment. All joints are precision TIG welded by automated machinery, ensuring a clean, slag-free bond that withstands continuous thermal expansion and contraction.
To meet the demands of modern refrigerants, we can design a specialized internal stopper at each connection end. This mechanical stop provides a more stable seal and drastically reduces the potential for microscopic leaks, ensuring a longer service life compared to standard absorbers.
Quality is not an option; it’s a standard. 100% of our products undergo a dual testing protocol: High-sensitivity Automated Helium Leak Detection followed by a Hydraulic Leak Test. This ensures every piece leaving our factory is verified to be hermetically sealed for high-pressure R410A and R32 environments.
Designed for versatility, our absorbers maintain operational integrity within a wide temperature range of -40°C to +120°C. They are rated for maximum working pressures from 44.8 bar (650 psi) down to 13 bar (190 psi), making them ideal for both high-pressure discharge lines and suction lines.
Fully certified by UL, CE, and ISO 9001 standards. Our manufacturing process and materials meet the strictest safety requirements for North American and European markets, giving engineers and contractors peace of mind.
As an expert manufacturer since 2010, we offer extensive OEM/ODM capabilities. Whether you require customized total lengths, specific end fittings, or laser-marked branding, our 50-person technical team and automated production lines can deliver bespoke solutions tailored to your unique equipment design.

Founded in 2010, we have evolved into a smart manufacturing facility with 50+ specialized technicians. Our upgraded production line integrates High-Precision CNC Lathes and Automated Laser Welding Systems, ensuring each vibration absorber meets the latest industry tolerances. Unlike traders, our 1,000 pcs/day capacity is backed by real-time quality tracking, from raw material sourcing to final Helium Leak Detection.
We have obtained CE, UL, and ISO certifications, officially validating our product (Refrigeration system vibration absorber) quality.

We don't just sell online; we are active members of the global HVAC/R community. Since our inception, we have been a consistent exhibitor at the China Refrigeration Exhibition (CR Show). Our international team regularly attends AHR Expo (USA), Chillventa (Germany), and other regional shows. These face-to-face interactions allow us to stay ahead of R410A system trends and global safety standards (holding CE, UL, and ISO Certifications).
Our high-pressure vibration absorbers are trusted by OEMs in over 40 countries. Our primary markets include the European Union (Germany, Italy), North America (USA, Canada), and Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand).
A major commercial AC manufacturer in Germany integrated our customized R410A absorbers into their new 2025 energy-efficient chiller line. By customizing the total length and using reinforced SUS316L bellows, we helped them reduce system resonance by 42%, significantly extending the unit's maintenance cycle.
We provide 2D/3D CAD drawings within 24 hours for custom orders, ensuring seamless integration into your system design.
Product Warranty is 2 years after shipment or 1 year after installed. Each absorber is laser-marked for batch traceability; if any issue arises, our technical team provides a solution within 1 business day.
