Honway Engineering Shenyang Co., Ltd.

The working pressure of a CO2 refrigeration system is significantly higher than that of traditional refrigerants, necessitating stricter pressure-bearing and sealing requirements for pipeline connectors. If the material of the vibration absorber or the sealing process does not match the CO2 operating conditions, leakage, pipeline fatigue, and even system failure may occur. When installation space is limited or there are bends in the pipeline, standard products are difficult to adapt, and additional stress may be introduced.
Ourrefrigeration Shock Absorber is specifically developed for CO2 refrigeration systems, featuring an all stainless steel (All SS) structure, encompassing braided hose dampers, refrigeration hose dampers, refrigeration dampers, carbon dioxide dampers, and all SS dampers. The main body consists of deep corrugated stainless steel bellows and a high tensile steel wire braided layer, with the ends TIG welded with stainless steel ferrules and the braided layer secured by a high-pressure clamping machine. A limiter can be optionally equipped to enhance sealing performance. The maximum working pressure ranges from 60 bar to 20 bar (depending on the model), and the working temperature spans from -40℃ to +120℃. It has obtained UL and CE certifications. OEM customization, including length, elbow, bending, and flared nut, is supported. All products undergo dual 100% testing with helium and hydraulic leak detectors, are cleaned, dehydrated, sealed with film, and individually packaged, ensuring compatibility with all refrigerants and lubricating oils.
1. The structure is composed of a deep corrugated stainless steel bellows and a high-strength steel wire braided layer, with both ends fixed by stainless steel ferrules through TIG welding, and the braided layer locked by a high-pressure clamping device.
2. The connection port can be equipped with a limiter, which helps improve the sealing effect and control the leakage rate.
3. Our refrigeration Shock Absorber each item must undergo two testing procedures, helium leak detection and hydraulic leak detection, before leaving the factory.
4. We can provide OEM customization solutions according to customer needs.
5. The rated pressure range varies from 60 bar (870 psi) to 20 bar (290 psi) depending on the model, and the applicable temperature range is from -40℃ to +120℃.
6. Our refrigeration Shock Absorber has obtained UL and CE certifications.

Dual Leak Detection: All vibration absorbers undergo a dual 100% testing process using both a helium leak detector and a hydraulic leak detector. Each product is cleaned, dehydrated, sealed with a protective film, and packed into an individual box after final inspection.
Closed-loop quality control: Relying on our internal automated manufacturing facilities, each vibration absorber undergoes a rigorous closed-loop quality control process, utilizing fully automated helium leak detection and automated TIG welding technology.
Used to eliminate the vibration and noise generated by the operation of compressors, while buffering the stress caused by thermal expansion of pipelines. The product adopts an all stainless steel (All SS) structure and is specifically designed for CO2 refrigeration systems, covering types such as braided hose vibration isolators, refrigeration hose vibration isolators, refrigeration vibration isolators, carbon dioxide vibration isolators, and all SS vibration isolators.
Supporting OEM custom design, we can adjust details according to customer needs. Customizable dimensions include length, bends, curves, and flare nuts. Customized products are also subject to the same quality control and testing standards - deep corrugated stainless steel bellows, high tensile strength steel wire braids, TIG welding, high-pressure clamping fixation, and helium + hydraulic dual leak detection. The products are compatible with all refrigerants and lubricants.
We have obtained CE, UL, and ISO certifications, officially validating our product quality.

Standard SUS304:
For most CO2 (R744) and commercial refrigeration applications, SUS304 offers the perfect balance of performance and value.
Optional SUS316L (Project-Based Customization):
For projects with even more demanding requirements, we provide AISI 316L Stainless Steel as a premium customization option. Due to specific raw material procurement, 316L is available for volume-based orders.
Note: Please contact our sales team to discuss MOQ and lead times for 316L customized orders.
Our company, established in 2010, boasts a team of 50 technical experts and has provided services for thousands of industry projects. Its vibration absorbers have obtained UL and CE certifications, with a working pressure ranging from 60 bar (870 psi) to 20 bar (290 psi) and a temperature range of -40 to 120℃, suitable for refrigeration systems such as R410A. Leveraging its in-house automated manufacturing facilities, all products undergo closed-loop quality control, including fully automated helium leak detection and automated TIG welding. Additionally, OEM customization for length and bending angle is supported. The products have been exported to multiple countries, and most customers visit the factory for on-site inspections before cooperation.
Q: Why must a CO2 system use a fully stainless steel vibration absorber?
CO2 refrigerant exhibits higher permeability and chemical reactivity. Under CO2 operating conditions, vibration absorbers made of ordinary materials may face the risk of stress corrosion, leading to a decline in sealing performance after prolonged operation. This product adopts an all stainless steel (All SS) structure, with components ranging from the bellows and braided layer to the end ferrules all being made of stainless steel. This design prevents leakage and pipeline fatigue caused by material mismatch.
Q: What refrigerant systems can the product be used in?
This product is specifically designed for CO2 refrigeration systems, yet it is compatible with all refrigerants and lubricating oils. It encompasses various types such as braided hose dampers, refrigeration hose dampers, refrigeration dampers, carbon dioxide dampers, and all SS dampers.
Q: How is the product's sealing ensured? Will there be any air leakage?
Each connection end can be equipped with an internal limiter to enhance the sealing effect and control the leakage rate. Each unit must undergo two independent testing procedures before leaving the factory: helium leak detection and hydraulic leak testing. Helium leak detection can identify micron-level leakage paths, while hydraulic testing verifies structural integrity under real high-pressure conditions.
