The high-frequency vibration generated by the operation of air conditioning compressors and the stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines are the main causes of fatigue in refrigeration system pipelines and refrigerant leaks. If the pressure-bearing capacity, temperature range, or sealing process of the vibration absorber is insufficient, it may fail prematurely under actual operating conditions, increasing maintenance frequency and system downtime risks.
The Flexible Hose vibration absorber utilizes a deep corrugated stainless steel bellows with a high-strength steel wire braided layer. The ferrules are TIG welded and the braided layer is secured by a high-pressure clamping machine. The maximum working pressure ranges from 13 bar to 44.8 bar (depending on the model), and the operating temperature range is from -40°C to +120°C. OEM Vibration Absorber OEM undergoes 100% testing with a helium leak detector and a hydraulic leak detector, and is finally cleaned, dehydrated, sealed with a film, and individually packaged. Pipe vibration absorber supports OEM customization and is compatible with all refrigerants and lubricants. Each batch comes with a complete inspection report, and the measured data is traceable.
